Meet Our Founding Partners

Greg Prosmushkin, Esq., Founding Partner

Greg Prosmushkin graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in 1991 before attending Temple University to pursue law. Greg then graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1994 with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and went on to receive his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy. Greg then earned admission to the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations, in addition to several U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Court Bar Associations. Greg has successfully represented hundreds of clients who have received favorable settlements or court wins. Greg is also fluent in three languages – English, Russian, and Spanish.



Vladimir Tsirkin, Esq., Founding Partner

From successful naval officer to computer engineer to attorney, Vladimir Tsirkin takes the experience of his layered career into the courtroom to get the outcome his clients deserve. After serving several tours of duty with the Navy, Vladimir launched his career as a computer engineer. After several years, he had a longing to impact his community in a different way, through the law. Vladimir graduated from Rutgers Law School with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and was then admitted into the bar in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Vladimir has successfully represented hundreds of clients in several areas of the law including personal injury, breach of contract, employment disputes, and copyright and trademark infringement to name a few.
